I’m so glad I went. The instructors are all very welcoming and easy to get along with, and their passion for meditation was clear right from the start.     I came along to the course in early January, not really knowing what to expect. What I found was a very well structured set of modules designed to introduce, develop and investigate the gentle and ancient art of meditation.

    I’ve been very impressed with the amount of thought and energy the teachers put into this, they are true experts in the field and make it all so easy to understand and practice at home.

    Everyone is very warm, friendly and welcoming and I have already seen an excellent progression in my meditation technique and I’m very much looking forward to the rest of the modules.

    A very refreshing introduction to meditation.

    The teachers are friendly, approachable and encouraging and their material is well organised and presented with excellent clarity.

    There is a nice balance of sound theory and meditation exercises that engaged the class with the essence of meditation.

    So, all this and a friendly half time chat and cuppa … good stuff!

    The class encouraged me to develop my loving kindness gradually, starting with topping up my tank of love, first for myself before spreading loving kindness gradually outwards to others. I have tried this before, but found this time that it was really working, and on a few occasions I was able to be compassionate rather than judgemental or sharp when facing difficulties. Thanks to all the participants who were very open and sharing during the course. See you next term!
