What Meditation Really Is Module 2
This 10 week course builds on Module 1 but reviews the introduction to meditation and so is suitable for complete beginners. The focus alternates each week between learning and practice. The topics of the teaching weeks are outlined below and there’s more detail here underneath the course info. These classes will include short meditation sessions, videos, discussions and, of course, a chat over a cup of tea and a biscuit. The alternate weeks will consolidate the teaching sessions from the previous week and will provide more time for meditation practice (and a tea break). Anyone who has previously done an introductory course and wants to benefit from group practice is very welcome to come on these weeks only. If you are joining the class for the first time, it would be great preparation if you are able to look at ‘Dare to meditate’ Step 1 – 10 to get a flavour of the content of Module 1. But if not, don’t worry, we’ll look after you and make sure you have all the information you need to be able to start meditating at home.
