In this week’s session, we were advised to try different places and times for our meditation practice to find what will work for us. Some good suggestions of where meditation can happen are, for example, the doctor’s waiting room or on the bus. These are both places where we have to spend time and have no particular activity which we have to do. Perhaps you can think of others, and post your sugggestions for others in the space below.
