Summer Break

We have now finished our last course and are taking a break until September. But that’s not a reason to stop meditating. We’ll all try to keep up with our meditation practice – every day for a few minutes if possible. Remember that you can make any activity a meditation practice – walking, swimming, kayaking, or however you’re spending your summer. ¬†Even if you’re at work, you can take a moment during the day to pause and bring ¬†mindfulness into your life.

We’ll keep you up to date before the next course starts and we’ll send some reminders as the time approaches.
