We have now finished our last course and are taking a break until September. But that’s not a reason to stop meditating. We’ll all try to keep up with our meditation practice – every day for a few minutes if possible. Remember that you can make any activity a meditation practice – walking, swimming, kayaking, or however you’re spending your summer. Even if you’re at work, you can take a moment during the day to pause and bring mindfulness into your life.
We’ll keep you up to date before the next course starts and we’ll send some reminders as the time approaches.
