We had a great turnout on Wednesday, with almost a full house. Most of the people who came were beginners with no experience in meditation, and our courses are particularly good for beginners. This is because we give very detailed instructions on meditation and so people feel they really learn how to meditate and our instructors are very experienced at answering questions about the practice of meditation.
We spent some time getting to know each other, and considering what we’re hoping to get from the course. We learned that our true nature is goodness, and how meditation helps us to get back in touch with this. We heard about the possible physical and mental benefits of meditation and we were introduced to the posture. We heard brief instructions on using an object for meditation and we put all this into short practice sessions.
