The current course is going really well, here’s what Mary said about it:
This week we had the opportunity to discuss the advantages we have found in our lives, now that meditation is becoming part of our routine. We heard of some inspiring benefits that we each have experienced in normal day routines, taking stress down a notch or two, and enabling us to cope better with circumstances as they arise.
The teaching we watched reminded us of how our pure awareness is actually our best friend in everyday moments, and we should learn to trust it.
We were encouraged to return to awareness frequently through the day, allowing us to avoid letting distractions wear us out, and to have moments through the day of energising calmness.
That sounds like they’re enjoying themselves, doesn’t it? I’m looking forward to the start of the next course in January.
